Smart CookiEZ Education is an educational consulting/coaching firm designed with the new teacher in mind. Servicing the New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut areas, we seek to offer support to schools with a high turnover rate and therefore a high new teacher (1 year – 3 years) population each year.  We endeavor to provide professional development to the new teacher through the following services:
