SMART CookiEZ Education is committed to providing new teachers with quality mentoring and resources needed to support their endeavors to successfully impact the lives of their students. Our coaching methodologies will offer educators: a) guidance and direction on honing pedagogical skills, b) a supportive network and safe environment to collaborate with other educators, and c) job-embedded training so that they can turn theory into action. We desire to create a breeding ground for success where new teachers feel safe to take risks, persevere through challenges, and achieve ‘insurmountable’ goals.

SMART CookiEZ Education promotes one on one mentorship as a medium in which all the developmental needs of each teacher are addressed. The curriculum and instructional practices are designed to help teachers build connections between scholastic learning, community learning, and service learning.

Upon receiving tenure, our teachers will be well-informed and motivated in setting goals for providing high-quality education for all students they serve and will be equipped with the tools necessary to reach those endeavors.
