Through mentoring and coaching relationships, we endeavor to cater to the individual developmental needs of all teachers we serve. Ultimately we strive to develop teachers who are well informed and motivated to set goals for providing a high-quality education for all of their students and that they are equipped with the necessary tools to reach their goals.

About the Founder

Hello!  I’m Sharnice Jenkins-Gallant, Founder of SMART CookiEZ Education.  To share a bit about myself, I grew up wanting to be a medical doctor (a pediatric neurosurgeon to be exact…SMILE) and I fashioned my life with this purpose in mind. I went to health and biomedical schools for junior high and high schools and I was a pre-med major in college.  After a couple of obstacles (MCATs…) and life experiences, I entered the field of education. The moment I stepped foot in the classroom, I knew I made the right decision and I became grateful for all of the detours that I experienced because it led me to my true passion…education! As a Science teacher for 9 years and an administrator for 3 years, one could say my passion for educating emanates through my pores…SMILE! I am dedicated to living a life of purpose and to influence all those around me to do the same.  Every day I walk in a school building, I am dedicated to helping the students and staff recognize their full potential and reach their goals toward a successful future.

I am motivated by the notion that every individual can learn, achieve, and succeed. We are all faced with challenges and obstacles but with hard work, dedication, and determination, we can reach our goals.  I consider myself an ambassador for education; helping teachers develop and cultivate their craft as educators. Through encouragement, guidance, and support, I intend to join the new teacher on their educational journey until they feel it is no longer a foreign country but they now see themselves as citizens in the world of education.
